Welcome.  My name is Tim Brown of Carolina Dream Home Inspection, LLC (CDHI).  If you are searching for an inspector, I understand that you have many choices.  That is why I would like to explain to you why I am the best choice as your home inspector. It is extremely important that a thorough home inspection be performed to protect your investment.  By working with an Internachi Certified Home Inspector, you can significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful.  I have an extensive background in Civil Engineering, and I am a licensed General Contractor for the State of North Carolina.  I also have been trained and certified with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) as well. I have my North Carolina and South Carolina Home Inspector License.

My goal is to be prepared when I arrive at the home and to be proud to represent you.  I will record all my findings for you, help you understand the implications of the findings, and direct you as necessary to a corrective resolution.  My report is computer generated with digital pictures, and arrows pointing to any problems.  The report is clear and easy to understand.  Once the inspection is complete, you will feel confident you made the correct choice by calling me.
